Autoship Program Rules

Global Health Trax is pleased to offer Discounted pricing and FREE shipping* for its customers that have elected to establish "Automatic Order" for their products.

In order to receive the Discounted pricing and the FREE shipping*

  • You are required to commit to a minimum of 2 consecutive Automatic Orders.
  • You may change the items on your order by contacting Global Health Trax Customer Service via phone (800.305.5710) at least 3 business days before the scheduled run date of your order.
  • If you cancel** your Automatic Order before the 2 month requirement - you will be charged the difference between the discounted price you were originally charged and the full retail price of your entire order and for the actual shipping charges of your shipped order.
  • The last day available to schedule an automatic order to run is the 28th of each month.
  • Items offered "on sale", "bonus size packages" or in any "promotional programs" are not eligible to be placed on Automatic Order.
  • In approving the set up of your automatic order - you are agreeing to the rules of the Global Health Trax AutoShip program.

* Free Shipping is available for continental US addresses only. Items will be shipped via ground service and will be delivered in 7 - 10 business days.

**Cancellation of automatic orders due to declined, disputed or returned payments - may be subject to additional fees and penalties.
